Making an order

Why are some brands/products only available online?

We’re committed to bringing you the best in global beauty and the ultimate in choice and convenience. Sometimes this means that not all brands can fit into all our stores. However, you’ll be able to find our entire brand line up and all your favourites online!

Can I purchase Online Only items in store?

Online Only items are generally not available in store unless they are being showcased as part of an exclusive edit, usually for a limited period. These products will have the “Find in store” icon visible on the website.

Can I purchase online and collect in store?

Currently, we do not offer click and collect.

Refunds and returns

What is your returns policy for Online Only items?

Can I return items to my local MECCA?

Yes, you may return items purchased online to your local MECCA Maxima, MECCA Cosmetica MECCA or Myer store if you’ve received a damaged or faulty product, or if you've changed your mind. View our Returns Policy for further information.

Do I have to pay for the postage/delivery cost of returning an item?

MECCA offers free returns for faulty/damaged good or change of mind. View our Returns Policy for further information on how to make a return.

How will I receive my refund for an Online Only item?

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If you would like to return a product that was purchased using a MECCA Gift Card or eGift Card, your refund will be credited in the form of another MECCA Gift Card or a centre gift card of the shopping centre in which the relevant MECCA store is located. A MECCA Gift Card has no expiry. Costs of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund. View our Returns Policy for further information.

The item I ordered is the wrong shade/item, will you exchange it?

If the item you received is the wrong shade/size and you wish to exchange the item, contact Customer Service to organise an exchange via our Live Chat service or phone (Monday to Saturday, 9am – 5pm AEST). Please call us on 1800 007 844 (free call Australia) or +61 3 9420 7373.

Alternatively, you can return the item to your local MECCA Maxima, MECCA Cosmetica, MECCA or Myer store, or via post, and re-purchase the item. View our Returns Policy for further information and conditions.
