Yes. MECCA Brands is only able to offer positions to Graduates that are Australian or New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents
We are so sorry if this rules you out from our Graduate program. We love our MECCA Beauties from all over the world and we
value different perspectives in our Graduate program. But the thing is, at the moment we are so lucky to receive so many
applications from strong, talented and qualified applicants who are Australian or New Zealand Citizens, or Australian
Permanent Residents, that we are not able to offer Graduate positions outside of these groups.
Our purpose at MECCA Brands is to enable our customers to look and feel their best. Our stores are our beating heart. There's
no better way to understand our purpose, meet our MECCA-mazing customers and learn about our exceptional and exclusive
products, than by spending time in one of our vibrant stores as an in-store Host.
We therefore will only accept Graduates who are either:

We are driven. One of our values is to do whatever it takes.

The Graduate Recruitment Forum is a great way for us to get to know each other.
Come along prepared to ask us all and any questions you have about life at MECCA Brands and the Graduate program. And be

Due to the nature of the activities at the Graduate Recruitment Forum, we ask all invited applicants to attend the Forum in person in Melbourne.
For Graduates with current or past experience as an in-store Host in a MECCA Brands store, the program starts in our Support

We decided to make sure all our 2020 Graduates start at the same time because it will ensure that all our Graduates start the program with a supportive cohort and progress through the great training and projects we offer during the program at the same rate.
Our Graduates will complete up to four rotations in different departments, each approximately six months long.
The rotations provide our Graduates with an all-access pass to a variety of departments within our Support Centre. It is
an exclusive opportunity to expose yourself to a variety of work and practical experience within the Support Centre,
and to launch your career as one of our future game changers. The rotations will allow you to explore which areas of
the business you are most passionate about and would like to find a permanent role in.
At each stage you will receive support from your coach, your department manager and a buddy.
