Wet and part hair. Take a pea sized amount of Caffeinated Scalp Scrub and gently massage into the scalp. Repeat until your head is covered. Lather and rinse with shampoo. No waiting needed. Following scrub, apply a coin sized amount of my Caffeinated Hair Mask to freshly shampooed hair, working from root to tip. Wait 10 minutes then rinse. No need for conditioner. Repeat both steps 2-3 times a week for best results.
 
Patch test first. If irritation occurs, or if you get bits in your eyes, rinse thoroughly and stop using. If symptoms continue, contact a doctor.

Caffeinated Hair Mask: Water (aqua), cetearyl alcohol, glycerin, hydrolyzed keratin, hydrolyzed wheat protein, vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil, glycine soja (soybean) oil, mentha arvensis leaf oil, eucalyptus radiata leaf/stem oil, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf oil, cinnamomum zeylanicum leaf oil, coffea arabica (coffee) seed oil, vitis vinifera (grape) fruit extract, symphytum officinale root extract, caffeine, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cocamidopropylamine oxide (surfactant), behentrimonium methosulfate (surfactant), stearamidopropyl dimethylamine (vegetable oil derived), niacinamide (vitamin b3), tocopherol (vitamin e), menthol, lactic acid, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol (cinnamon derived).
