Is Click & Collect available at all stores?

Click & Collect is currently available in all New Zealand stores (excluding Mecca Cosmetica Ballantynes).

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

  1. Add your favourite products to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout (just like you usually would when placing an online order).
  2. If available, select Click & Collect as your preferred delivery method at checkout. Please note, this option will only be available in select Auckland stores during the trial period and not all products are available for Click & Collect.
  3. Select your preferred MECCA store as your collection point.
  4. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email from us to notifying you that your order has been received and when it will be ready to collect. Your Click & Collect order will usually be ready to collect within a day, so keep an eye out in your email inbox!.
  5. Head to your selected MECCA store to collect your goodies! Don’t forget to bring your collection email and valid photo ID.

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?

Yes. Simply forward the 'Ready For Collection' email to your nominated collector. Be sure to include their full name in the email and ask them to bring a valid photo ID for collection.

Are there any Click & Collect fees?

No. There is no delivery fee or minimum spend at checkout required for a Click & Collect order.

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

No (though we really wish they were!). Unfortunately, some products may not be available for Click & Collect at your preferred store. Try setting a larger store as your collection location as it’s likely to have a wider range of products available for Click & Collect. Keep in mind, you can always get in touch with our Customer Care team for alternative product suggestions that are available at your preferred collection location. Or, if you really have your heart set on a particular product (we get it), we recommend selecting our express shipping option (which is on us for all orders over $25).

Will I receive samples with my Click & Collect order?

No. Unfortunately, complimentary lucky dip samples and online special gifts are not available with Click & Collect orders. The good news is, when you head in-store to pick up your order, you can try products to your heart’s content and request a sample pot of any that take your fancy.

Can I redeem my Beauty Loop benefits with Click & Collect?

Absolutely! Just like regular online orders, you can redeem your Beauty Loop rewards by logging into your online account and placing an order. Your reward will then be included in your order at the time of collection. Please note, all Beauty Loop rewards are available while stocks last and we cannot guarantee availability in-store at the time of collection. You have to be quick!

Can I purchase personalised products using Click & Collect?

Yes! However, please note that product personalisation can only be done in-store at the time of pick-up. We recommend that you allow additional time for this service to be completed.

Can I purchase a Gift Card or eGift Card using Click & Collect?

No. However, you are always welcome to purchase a gift card in-store upon your visit to collect your order. You may also wish to purchase an eGift card online (which can be sent straight to the recipient with no additional shipping fees!)

Can I request gift wrapping when I place my order?

No. However, upon collecting your order from store, our store hosts can absolutely gift wrap your products for you. Please allow additional time upon your visit if you wish to have your products gift wrapped.

Can I include a gift message when I place my order?

No. We cannot offer gift messages on Click & Collect orders at this time.

What happens if items in my Click & Collect order are out of stock?

All products ordered through the Click & Collect service are subject to availability. This means that whilst we will do our absolute best to ensure availability of products you ordered, there may be instances where the products are out of stock at your selected Click & Collect store location.


Never fear though! If this happens, you will receive an email notifying you whether part or all of your order is unavailable and confirm that we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Can I add or remove items after placing my order?

No. However when you visit in store to collect your order, you are welcome to purchase or return products in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

No. However, when you visit in-store to collect your order, you are welcome to return your order in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

When can I collect my Click & Collect order?

After placing your order, you will receive a ‘Ready For Collection’ email, usually within a day of placing your order. You can then visit your selected Click & Collect store to collect your order. Find store opening hours here.

Where will I be able to collect my Click & Collect order?

Your order must be collected at the store you selected at checkout. We will also confirm the pick up location and all other details in the order confirmation email we send you. When you arrive in-store, all you have to do is let our team know you are collecting your Click & Collect order. Don’t forget to bring along your ‘Ready For Collection’ email and valid photo ID.

What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

We will hold your order for 10 days from the date it is ready for collection. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this timeframe, so be sure to collect your order in time!

What if I can't make it to collect my order within ten days?

If your order is not collected within 10 days of the collection date , it will no longer be available for collection. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have cancelled the order and provide you with a refund. Refunds will be processed in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Can I return or exchange an item purchased through Click & Collect?

Yes. Products purchased through Click & Collect can be returned or exchanged in line with our Returns and Exchange Policy.
