How does Call & Collect work?

Step 1: Book a time online for a MECCA Host to call you.

Step 2: Speak to a MECCA Host over the phone during your booked time. They can answer any of your beauty questions and place your order over the phone.

Step 3: Following your call, visit the store for a safe and contactless collection of your MECCA products.

Which MECCA stores is Call & Collect available from?

At this stage, our Call & Collect service is available in select stores only. Click here to find which of your nearest stores offers this service.

Please also be aware that brands and items stocked in-store differ from store to store, so we encourage you to utilise our ‘Find in Store’ tool (which can be accessed from each item's product page online) for guidance on locations where the item is ranged and availability of stock.

Can I return items via Call & Collect?

We are happy to facilitate exchanges via our Call & Collect service, however we are unable to process refunds. If you require a refund, please process your return via Post. Details of our postage returns process can be located here.
